The home is a rental property, occupied by Ashley, her daughter and her mother since January 11, 2011. Activity began in September in the apartment they occupied prior to moving to the house.   Ashley stated that neighbors have told her they think the house is haunted, since renters rarely stay more than a few months before moving away. Activity has included object relocation, shadows and possible EVPs.

All baseline readings were within normal limits. Ambient noise was at a minimum, and did not pose any obstacle to the investigation.
 

This is a clip from the original video that was submitted to us by the homeowner, featuring what she descibed as one of the "creatures"  that she, her Mother and guests to the residence have been seeing in her home.

Note: After careful analysis, we determined that the video did not present a paranormal phenomenon.

The first clip shows a barely visible, (shadow-like) view of a persons hand moving from the left to the right as they are reaching for a pack of cigarettes.	The second clip now shows the persons silouette and upper shoulder as they lean to the right, and come into view of the camera lens.	Finally, the last clip clearly shows the persons arm with their hand holding the pack of cigarettes as they pull it back to the left, again passing quickly in front of the camera lens.

The following is a sample of one of the Class B EVPs we recorded during our investigation. In this clip, you can hear Tim saying, "we can't find you" followed by a male voice on EVP stating, "down here". Finally at the end of the clip, you will hear Troy say, "olly olly oxen free!"

Photographic anomalies: None

Video anomalies: None

Personal Experiences: Limited to tapping noises from other parts of the house that could not be ruled out as the house settling.

Cleansing performed: Sage cleansing, Holy Water.

 

After careful review of all the visual and audio files gathered during the investigation, we found very little concrete evidence of a haunting. Although there was some EVP and Ghost Box activity, which is an indication of paranormal activity, it is in itself not sufficient to bring us to the conclusion that the house is indeed haunted. It is worth noting that after the cleansing was performed, Ashley stated that the house felt much lighter, and was able to spend the night alone without further incidence.
